If you are making your payment on the day that your services are scheduled for disconnection, or services have already been disconnected and you choose to make your payment at an Authorized Payment Location, you will need to call 1-800-411-SDGE (7343) with your receipt number to avoid disconnection or to re-establish service.
A list of accessible payment centers is available to our customers with disabilities and are designated by the International Symbol of Accessibility (ISA) in accordance with applicable law. Branch Offices and Authorized Payment Locations (APLs) are conveniently located to accept your payments at no charge.
