How To Find an Outage:
- Planned outages display 72 hours prior to outage start time.
- Map refreshes every 5 minutes.
- If your Circuit is listed as a planned outage, you may or may not experience the outage. Instead, refer to your Plan Number to confirm if you will experience an outage.
- To view details of a specific outage on the map, click and drag the map to your desired location. Zoom in or out using the + or - symbols located at the bottom right of the map.
- Map details are also listed in the “Outage Detail List” below. To find a specific Plan Number within this list, press CTRL + F, type in your 6-digit Plan Number, and hit Enter.
- Customers have 2 additional options to confirm whether they will be impacted by a planned outage:
- Log into My Energy Center. If an orange banner with outage details is displayed at the top of the screen, at least one property linked to your account will be impacted.
- Refer to the email or letter notices that were delivered prior to the outage.
- Find an enhanced version of this map on the SDG&E app, available on your mobile device’s Google Play or App Stores.
