Third-Party Notice
If you or someone you know is sick, elderly or may overlook a utility bill or shut off notice, you can prevent an unnecessary disruption in service by designating a friend, relative, caregiver or community agency to receive a copy of any late notices and service disconnection.

- The plan will remain in effect for as long as we serve you or until we receive a request to discontinue.
- Please notify SDG&E if you or the designated third-party move, or if you would like to designate a new third-party.
Vision Impaired
If you or someone you know has limited vision, an SDG&E service technician can make a home visit to mark range dials and thermostats to make them easier to use. You can also request to receive your SDG&E bill in Braille.
