Apply for CARE
The CARE program offers a monthly discount of up to 35% off your bill which can mean saving of up to $275 each year based on average energy use. If you’re eligible you will typically see the discount within 30 days of receipt of your application.
Existing Customers
For customers with existing accounts, you can apply using the following form:

For customers that have recently started SDG&E service within the past 30 days.
Submetered/Non-Profit group living customers
If you live in a mobile home park or a group living facility, fill out the following application and mail or fax.
For non-profit living facilities with 501(c)(3) status, please use the following application.
