Change of Mailing Address
To have your SDG&E bill mailed to an address other than your service address you can either:
- Call SDG&E at 1-800-411-SDGE (7343), or
- Download and submit this form.
Changing the Mailing Address for Someone Else
If you are a third party requesting this service on behalf of a customer or co-applicant, the customer or co-applicant must submit the following:
- Authorization to Receive Customer Information or Act on a Customer’s Behalf
- Request for Change of Mailing Address to a Third Party Address
If the customer or co-applicant is unable to initiate a mailing address change due to disability or illness, a parent, caregiver, or other third party may request the change on their behalf by submitting the following:
- Request for Change of Mailing Address to a Third Party Address
- A written explanation of why the bill is to go to a third party and why the customer is unable to provide the written authorization.
