Demand Response Overview
On December 28, 2011 the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) instructed the Utilities to temporarily extend the 2009-2011 Demand Response programs into 2012 until a final decision is issued for the proposed 2012-2014 Demand Response programs. During this time the Technical Assistance and Technology Incentive programs will be subject to the rules and guidelines from the 2009-2011 program cycle.
Note: The Technical Assistance and Technology Incentives program will re-open Jan 23, 2012 following 2009-2011 rules and guidelines.
There are a number of programs that your business can use to earn incentives when reducing energy use on days when energy use is high.
