As part of your natural gas service, we maintain the pipelines and meter near your property. You’re responsible for maintaining all the gas lines on your side of the meter. 

Such customer-owned gas lines include all piping that goes: 

  • Từ đồng hồ đo điện đến các thiết bị điện trong nhà bạn. 
  • Từ đồng hồ đo khí gas đặt bên đường đến khu đất của bạn (nếu đồng hồ không nằm ngay cạnh nhà hoặc cơ sở kinh doanh của bạn). 
  • Từ đồng hồ đo điện đến đường ống ngầm dẫn khí vào tòa nhà, máy sưởi bể bơi/bồn tắm nước nóng, bếp nướng, bếp nấu hoặc các thiết bị sử dụng khí đốt khác.

Prevent unsafe conditions 

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, evacuate the area and call 911 or contact SDG&E at 1-800-411-7343. 

To prevent potential problems, contact a licensed professional or pipe-locating specialist to help you locate and inspect your gas lines and immediately repair any unsafe conditions, such as corrosion or leaks. Your gas line(s) may be buried underground and it's good to know exactly where they are located if maintenance or repairs are required.

LƯU Ý: If you own a master-metered gas line system, the U.S. Department of Transportation requires you to notify your tenants of this information. You may do so by keeping this notice posted continuously in a common area frequented by your tenants.
