Free Services for the Blind
and Low Vision
We offer our customers who are blind or have low vision three ways that makes SDG&E more accessible:
- Braille bill summary (the bill itself is not in Braille).
- Large Font bill. Your bill sent with larger print to make it easier to read.
- Tactile markings on appliance dials and thermostats to make them easier to use safely. An SDG&E Technician comes to your home at no cost and installs tactile dots onto appliances and thermostats.
