We have partnered with 211 San Diego and 211 Orange County to offer enhanced community resources during a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). 211 is free, confidential and available to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in over 200 languages. Dial 211 for help. Dial 7-1-1 if you are hearing impaired and ask to be connected to 2-1-1 at 858-900-1211.

There are many programs available to help you with your monthly utility bills.
