Other ways to pay and restore service

 

Here are some other payment options to quickly restore your service, if you prefer not paying through My Account.

It’s a simple two-step process.

 

First, make a payment for the amount required.

Credit/Debit Card (with fee)

Pay the amount required to restore service using Bill Matrix. Bill Matrix accepts most ATM cards, debit cards, MasterCard® and Visa® credit cards and electronic checks.
Note: Bill Matrix charges a convenience fee of $1.50 for each payment transaction.

Pay in Person

You can make a payment at one of our authorized payment locations. Easily search for a location or click ‘All Payment’ locations.

Second, call us to report your payment details.

If you use one of the above options to pay your bill, please call us to report your payment to have your service restored as we do not receive the details of your payment immediately from other sources. After we receive your payment information, we’ll place an order to quickly restore service at your location.
