My Energy Center Frequently Asked Questions

 

View My Bill 

There are two ways to view your bill in My Energy Center. 

From the My Energy Center homepage 

  • From the Amount Due tile, select View Bill 

  • From the Your Bill page, scroll past your Amount Due and Bill Summary to Download Your Bill. 

  • Select the hyperlink for View Your Detailed Bill PDF to view your bill. 

  • A pdf of your most recent bill will display in a new tab. 

OR  

From the main navigation in My Energy Center

  • Select Your Bill from the Billing tab in the main navigation. 

  • From the Your Bill page, scroll past your Amount Due and Bill Summary to Download Your Bill. 

  • Select the hyperlink for View Your Detailed Bill PDF to view your bill. 

  • A pdf of your most recent bill will display in a new tab. 

 

View My Past Bills

From the My Energy Center homepage 

  • Select Billing & Payment History from the Billing tab in the main navigation. 

  • The Billing History tab displays by default. You can also access your Payment History and Payment Activity. 

  • Scroll to view and access your last two years of bills. 

  • To view a summary and access your bill, click the down facing arrow under the Details column. 

 

View My Payments 

From the My Energy Center homepage 

  • Select Billing & Payment History from the Billing tab in the main navigation. 

  • The Billing & Payment History page has three tabs, Bill History, Payment History and Payment Activity. 

  • Click the Payment History tab to access 13 months of your prior payments. 

 

View My Usage 

From the My Energy Center homepage 

  • Select the Usage tab from the main navigation 

  • View your 13-month usage history by default. You have options to view your usage by Day, Hour and even 15 min intervals as applicable. If you have both gas and electric services on one account, your electric usage chart displays by default. 

  • To switch meters, click the Meter drop down to change your graph to view your natural gas usage.
