July 28 ESA Working Group Meeting Topics

ESA Working Group Topics (1-2:15 PM)

  • Universal Application System (UAS) Sub-Working Group Recommendations Report (submitted July 1, 2022 in accordance with Decision 21-06-015, Ordering Paragraph 46): debrief and next steps discussion
  • PG&E ESA Measure Sunsets and ESA Measure Modification Process: Follow-up to PG&E’s May 26 proposal to sunset two ESA Measures
  • ESA Working Group Measure Modification Process discussion

In addition to the standing ESA Working Group topics, discussion time will be allocated from 2:15 – 4:10 PM for the 2021 IOU Income Qualified Programs Annual Report Public Meeting.

 

2021 IOU Income Qualified Programs Annual Report Public Meeting (2:15-4:10 PM)

In accordance with California Public Utilities (CPUC) Decision 12-08-044 Ordering Paragraph 5 and Decision 21-06-015, Section 10.8.7.1 (pages 434-435), the ESA Working Group will host an interactive review and discussion of the 2021 Income Qualified Programs of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Southern California Edison Company, Southern California Gas Company, and San Diego Gas Company (the Investor Owned Utilities or IOUs).  This discussion will focus on the program activities and lessons learned, as reported in the IOUs’ Energy Savings Assistance (ESA), California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE), and Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) Program Annual Reports.  The IOUs invite stakeholders to submit any specific questions they would like to discuss to the program facilitators (listed below) by July 22.
