On December 1, 2023, technology support for the Home Area Network will end and no new devices can be connected.
Ever wonder how much energy you're using when you do a load of laundry, run the dryer or heat your home or business? By connecting a home or business area network (HAN) device to your Smart Meter, you'll get near real-time energy consumption information. Once you know how and when you're using energy and the associated costs, you can take action to reduce your energy usage and lower your monthly energy bill.
Provision/Deprovision a HAN device
Do you have a HAN device that you’d like to provision? It's easy. Log into My Energy Center and select the “Ways to Save” dropdown on the right then select Home Area Network. You'll verify your account and meter information and agree to Terms and Conditions. My Energy Center will prompt you to go to CEIVA’s web site to complete the process.”
